Editor’s note: I somehow managed to miss this gathering when I was in Las Vegas, but I read about it in the newspaper. It drew 100 people in the nation’s 28-largest metropolis — about what you’d expect around here.

As an aside, that “impeach this” map is an infuriating sort of “how to lie with statistics” image. The primary problem being it emphasizes land, not voters. There’s some discussion and alternate more honest treatments here:

the whole ‘impeach this ‘ thing is the right’s deflection of the truth. Their mantra is that non-trump supporters are trying to “overturn” the election in a coup rather than prosecute criminals. They prey upon stupid people (you would have to be to support trump at this juncture, if ever) who have had their brains rinsed and to longer have the ability to objectively analyze what is really going on. So trump pulls their strings and they dance like Howdy Doody.
