The Union columnist Boardman can’t even spell Supervisor Heide (sic) Hall’s name

“Now, when is he going to run Heide Hall’s statement?” The Union columnist George Boardman writes on his blog.

George, our County Supervisor’s name is Heidi Hall, not Heide Hall.

Congratulations! You just got a Medill “F’! I guess that’s par for the course for a San Mateo Times alum.

  1. George wrote on his blog: “Now, when is he going to run Heide (sic) Hall’s statement?” Yup. I guess he was referring to this: https://www.theunion.com/news/son-of-supervisor-facing-id-fraud-charges-out-on-bond/
It’s too bad. Worse, however, is people who want to politicize a situation like this (the child of the supervisor — it has nothing to do with the elected’s job performance). No surprise that Todd Juvinall was another: “Oh my!” he wrote on TheUnion.com. Is this what miserable retirees do around here? The good news is that most do not.

    1. Out of fairness, Todd’s remark was uncharacteristically mellow compared to the 2 catty, snobbish remarks made by a couple of “women”. I’m glad she is trying to get him the help he needs.
