Camp Fire: Butte County deputy turns on body camera to record last moments

The Butte County Sheriff’s Office released body camera footage from Deputy Aaron Parmley on Pentz Road in Paradise, California, Nov. 8, 2018. In the middle of the Camp Fire, Parmley was helping evacuate the Feather River Hospital. Flames came up on both sides of the roadway and his car broke down.

He turned on his body camera to capture what he thought were his last moments. He survived.
