The ugly face of our local politics

Here’s an example of the ugly face of our local politics from a Facebook page belonging to a vocal political partisan:

  1. I have known Greg Diaz for years. He is talented, qualified and honest. He has no political agenda. If fact, he is the only candidate qualified for the job. Look at his resume! We, as citizens of Nevada County, are lucky to have a person of Greg’s caliber in the job. Excellent Guy.

  2. These “ads” are a disgrace! I don’t know where they appeared but I hope that Greg’s opponents will disavow them or at least condemn them! Sorry to say that I fear there might be an element of racism here as well.

Greg Diaz is one of the most competent, dedicated Clerk Recorders in CA! He is a widely respected member of his profession and does not deserve to be so disrespectfully!

  3. Susan Walsh appears to be one of our “stable geniuses”. I invite people to peruse her YouTube videos which are public.

  4. So they purposely searched for someone that has little or no qualifications and has chosen not to vote in many of the most recent elections? Good to know. Will file for next election.

  5. I wonder how Susan Walsh feels that I am voting for Greg Diaz and there is nothing she can do about it. Those childish memes she posted are obtuse at best.

  6. Once again, Todd Juvinall proves he is a moron. He writes on The Union’s website: “Todd Juvinall · Works at Retired, enjoying FREEDOM and loving it!!!
Watch out for that Pelline character. He likes to alledge all kinds of things to propel his own candidates. Next thing we’ll see from him is allegations of putting a dog on the top of the station wagon.”

    It’s ALLEGE, you idiot! ROFLOL.

    1. Now that’s funny!!! So is Todd saying he doesn’t ALLEGE all kinds of things to propel his own candidates? He’s been tooting his horn fawning all over Doug LaMalfa and Dan Miller like a star struck groupie. I believe it’s his right to do so just like any of us showing support for our preferred candidates. He has that “magical” way of turning me away from those he supports.
