Marital bliss

Twenty-seven years ago today, on May 11, Shannon and I were married at the historic St. Teresa of Avila Church in Bodega, CA. We celebrated with friends and family  on the Sonoma County coast in nearby Bodega Bay, dancing to Irish music and toasting with Domaine Chandon sparkling wine.

We honeymooned on the Caribbean islands of St. Barts and Anguilla, launching a lifetime of world travels together. This week I ordered fresh tropical flowers from Hawaii, one of our favorite destinations over the years. Have a great weekend!

  1. Congratulations to you both, and to the good life you’ve made together, and for keeping romance alive. In the length of your marriage so far, you’ve already beat the odds for marriage longevity in America, I’d wager.

  2. Not stalking.

    Discovering.

    Congrats on your anniversary.

Sharon and I are planning our twentieth. Aug 2018.
