“The Famous Marching Presidents of Nevada City have announced the newest additions to their parade group, Donald and Melania Trump,” local David Parker writes on his Facebook page.

“The 45th United States President will be portrayed by Rick Ewald, who lives in Nevada City and works as a public adjuster. First Lady Melania Trump will be portrayed by Stephanie Siehr, a professor of environmental science who resides in Grass Valley.

“They will lead a procession of all U.S. Presidents and First Ladies in the 51st Annual Nevada City Constitution Day Parade at 2 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 10).”

  1. What happened to the Tradition of beginning the President’s Parade wth Geo Washington ???
WHY ??? WHY ??? for the change of the marching order after 29 years !!!

  2. Maybe the powers-that-be were afraid that having trump last and not #1 would bring out alt-right protesters claiming having him mach last was some kind of negative political statement about his competency made by those Nevada City socialists. Therefore, in order to be fair and balanced it needed a counter statement … you know like Charlottesville.. it’s everybody’s fault.. right?
