Google, Apple, Facebook, Uber plan to draft joint letter opposing Trump’s travel ban

“Alphabet, Apple, Facebook and Uber, along with a consumer packaged goods company and others are working together on a letter opposing President Trump’s travel ban, according to sources,” the tech news site Recode is reporting.

“Tech companies are leading the effort but are working to involve other industries, the sources say. The letter will be the first major push from big U.S. businesses to try to support immigration in the wake of recent travel restriction order by Trump.”
