We enjoy shopping local

15272252_10209420828149460_5250754273221367271_oOur teenage son outgrew his bed (his feet were dangling over the edge), and we had a good experience replacing it this week at The Sleep Shop in Brunswick Basin.

We like to shop local, and this is a solid local business.

Thanks to Adam Miller, whose uncle is Supervisor Dan Miller. I appreciated that Adam answered the phone with a pleasant “hello,” rather than a growl. It shows interest. This was a low-pressure sale. He just listened as I explained what we needed — and didn’t need. The new bed is a twin — but extra long. lol. I told our son this was going to be a Christmas present, but he’s still holding out for a Playstation 4. I dunno. I’d rather get him a book or a new soccer ball.
