  1. Hi Jeff, wow. Long time coming huh? I’m currently on Twitter now urging democrats to defect from states like #Mississippi #Texas #Alabama #Georgia #SouthCarolina and head toward your neck of the woods. To states like #California #Washington #Oregon #Nevada #Illinois #Maine #NewYork. Remember those Steven King novels, #TheDeadZone and #TheStand? Well, Donald Trump getting elected is kind of like those two books rolled into one–and its REAL! Anyway, I’m encouraging all sentient human beings to bug out of those states because they’ll all look like the bowels of Mississippi in no time! Anyway, my Twitter handle is lsalander13 and you can like me on Facebook at Kaye Ralene White-Hancock. (I’ll be sure to friend back I promise😎) Anyway, Jeff, great to see NC turn blue and I’ll be back on your blog a lot too! So, onward and Westward Ho and God Bless America! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ—½πŸ’™πŸ™πŸ»–Kate

  2. From George Rebane’s blog:

    “George

Move to Canada? Not me George. I’m quite happy with the direction Nevada County is going. Lots of independents and fewer Repubs per acre than in recent memory.

IN a parallel thought causes me again to encourage Todd to move to Modoc
County since Nevada County is now solid blue . There are more of the old fashioned red neck Republicans up there that he can feel comfortable with.
