Amy Cook named interim director of the Woolman Semester School

“Amy Cooke has agreed to step in as Interim Director (of the Woolman Semester School in Nevada City),” according to an e-newsletter I received. “We are extremely pleased to welcome Amy to this role. She has experience in education, non-profits, business development, and Woolman.

“Amy was the Head of School during our successful transition from a four-year boarding school to a semester school, serving as the founding Head of The Woolman Semester. She has been very involved in supporting the Board since The Woolman Semester School closed.”

Let’s hope Amy can help get the School back on track!
