Ex-Union publisher: “Let’s drive around looking at homes in my Porsche Boxster convertible”

Here’s what the ex-publisher of The Union is up to nowadays, according to his real estate website:

“I love working with people. Connecting buyers and sellers is the best part of my real estate career. Face-to-face, or by email and phone, I enjoy keeping buyers and sellers up-to-date with timely and accurate information. I believe maintaining the highest integrity possible is paramount for a successful real estate professional. My goal is to live that each day.

“I have nearly 30 years of advertising and marketing experience that I bring to each business listing. I enjoy finding the right method of marketing for each unique listing. In the real estate market, new methods of sharing listings or attracting buyers is part of the excitement. Whether it is the old-fashioned traditional print media, on-air radio or the new and emerging social media and website listing aggregators, I am always on the cutting edge. This passion is truly a benefit to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

“Keeping up with technology and communication options is also a passion of mine. I am easily reached seven days a week by calling my office or cell number, texting, emailing, or using even FaceTime. I love applying technology and communication in creative ways to develop real estate business opportunities.

“Based in Truckee, I love the north Tahoe area. I have many hobbies that fit this area well. If you’re out early on a summer morning, you may see me running or biking the trails in the area. In the winter, my snowboards are out early and making first tracks. I also enjoy cooking and hanging out in downtown Truckee.

“And as an added bit of fun, let’s drive around looking at homes in my Porsche Boxster convertible in the summer or my Porsche Cayenne 4×4 SUV in the winter. We can look for your business in style!”

  1. Ha! I picked up our son from sailing camp this week in our 2003 Saab convertible. Since Saab’s bankruptcy, it’s been hard to find parts, but the car is paid for so we hang onto it and keep it detailed. It runs like a top. As for me, I think I’d be more comfortable riding in the Porsche Cayenne than the Boxter, however. LOL.

  2. Please sign your real name if you want to comment here. Thanks! BTW, being a longtime homeowner at Lake Tahoe, who also is from the Bay Area, a “spin in somebody’s Porsche” is a lame sales tool. What counts is knowledge and insight into the market (i.e., the blocking and tackling of an experienced real estate agent).
