A new cafe and retail planned for former Tribal Weaver building in downtown GV

“Two retail spaces and a cafe are proposed within the 2,400 square foot building” at 114-116 Neal Street in downtown Grass Valley, according to documents filed with the Development Review Committee.  The owner also plans to renovate a patio area.

The property has recently been sold by the City of Grass Valley (successor agency to the former redevelopment agency) to Mr. Craig Hamilton and Mrs. Lore-Reynolds Hamilton.

The Development Review Committee meets on May 24. The documents are here.
