  1. Unfortunately Mr Paterno didn’t have the strength off the field as he demanded on the field as a coach and allowed immoral behavior to be done under his leadership.

    As for a collegiate football coach he was one of the greats.

    I think this is going to be in the same realm as Michael Vick, which makes me sick. I believe in redemption but also believe in personal responsibility and having some privileges taken away. Pete Rose is another example but Rose’s actions were against the game of baseball not torturing the souls of other living creatures.
