BTW, speaking of Halloween, a big shout out and HUGE thank you to Robert Bergman and anyone else in the local gov’t who was responsible for closing off East Broad Street in Nevada City for the trick-or-treaters this year. Having that street open to auto traffic on Halloween night has been an accident waiting to happen for way too long, and I am SO glad this problem was fixed before the someones we dearly loved were killed or injured. Well done!
