  1. I am surprised at the divide between new companies and old line companies here. Every new business we deal with at SBC has a social media strategy, and almost all of them plan to use SM as a continuos feedback loop at some point in the near future. This strategy is even more important in rural regions where feedback is even more difficult to get. Technology can really act as a leveler here by facilitating small and rural businesses desire to be more connected and more responsive to customer needs.
