I’m a big fan of families, and one of the things I like most about Facebook is reading how my Facebook Friend parents support their children — much more than politics or business. It’s like sharing a cup of coffee with them. You can learn from them, share experiences, and catch up in person. This is the joy of social media. Some examples:
•Once again I am a very proud father! Morgan is doing a GREAT job balancing school & “Our Town” the play he is in at the Nevada Theater! So awesome to watch that boy on stage! Matthew is doing an amazing job with his school work! The move to Bitney College Prep is paying off in a huge way! Sooo proud of both of you! Ah but you already know that…Just thought i would yell it to the world!
•I am so proud of my son Ben. In the last week he was awarded an award for “Diversity and Inclusion” (meaning he is kind and always includes everybody- friends with everybody)… an award voted by his friends (rad) and given to him by his teacher Lori in front of the whole school. As a part of the award he gets to have breakfast with the principal today! THEN on top of that he gets a “caught being good” certificate at school and wins a free lunch yesterday! Seriously, I’m not sure who’s winning here, me or him! Didn’t have to make lunch yesterday and no breakfast today? SCORE! We are all SO PROUD OF YOU BEN- ♥ Mom, Dad, & Zachy
