The community service in memory of Cynthia and Sophie Peterlin is Saturday, October 6, at 11 a.m., at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Penn Valley.
Paul Peterlin is home and resting comfortably.
The mother and her daughter — 42-year-old Cynthia of Penn Valley and her 12-year-old daughter Sophie — died in a recent boating accident on Lake Englebright. Cynthia’s husband, 42-year-old Paul, was driving their boat when it was struck by Jeffrey Sandow of Auburn.
