Burning Man exclusive report, thanks to our intrepid correspondent

Editor’s note: Nevada City resident Michael Anderson, a regular reader, is providing exclusive reports to Sierra Foothills Report from Burning Man. The annual gathering has been taking place since 1986 with music, dance and human extravaganza, and it now draws 50,000 people to “the playa” in the Northern Nevada desert.

Michael’s point is to show the more educational, artistic, respectful, even epicurean aspects of Burning Man. As first reported here, a resolution to make Nevada City a “companion city” to Burning Man’s Black Rock City raised a ruckus. Here’s what our intrepid correspondent is sending via his iPhone to mine.
