Churchill County (Nevada) commissioners meet Monday to decide who to name as the next County manager. Grass Valley City Administrator Dan Holler is one of the finalists, as previously reported.
“Our intent is to make a decision on Monday, unless something we don’t anticipate pops up in the meantime,” Commission Chairman Norm Frey told the Lahontan Valley News, a sister paper of The Union.
“It’s a well-managed county, and it’s in a strong financial position,” Holler told the newspaper. “I think it’s similar to where Douglas County was when I started there. That was just a lot of fun, frankly, for a number of years.”
