My wife and I hosted fishing trips on the Delfin through the 80′s and early 90′s. “Luxury” it certainly was not. No refrigeration, A/C, or even enough food for a week (see “no refrigeration”). We would stop in villages to replenish our supplies and count on our clients to catch fish to supplement the larder. Your video shows the original Delfin that was owned by Paul White in Iquitos. Very cool, thanks for bringing back memories.
The boat in the video has been completely overhauled and rebuilt into a luxury yacht complete with swimming pool and Tempurpedic mattresses!
Jeff,
Wanderlust seems be running through your mind! First tigger in Thailand, and now an Amazon cruise! Where will you go next?
Tony
Nevada County!
beautiful!!!! Thank you for posting
I actually spent the morning tossing pasties in the parking lot at Grass Velley City Hall. More later.
