After buying a IPAD last year, I cannot believe that these are outselling my 12 pound folding laptop which does not work as good as my slim, 2 pound IPAD (as I look for my credit card).

I’ve had the iPad since May 2010. I think I’ve only hauled my laptop along on a trip once or twice after that. I also like the fact that I don’t have to take it out of its bag for TSA screening. It does everything I need it to. It still draws comments when I use it to add to the calendar, take notes, or look something up on the Web during meetings. The awesome battery life sees me easily though WiFi flights without needing power, and through local power outages where the 3G was the way I accessed the web.
The online Apple store was pounded yesterday, but I was victorious a little after 2 pm
