   The behind the scenes program on the OWN has been very insightful and well worth the time. If you ever had an itch to work in broadcasting I would say valuable lessons. Some of the other stuff needs time, and the first OWN CEO was fired last week. Oprah will co-CEO it with CEO of Discovery Network for a year while talent search is done.
